Pricing

$150 per hour, 2-hour minimum

About 10–15 kids per hour, so a 2-hour party covers roughly 20–30 guests

Need more time on the day? Add it in 30-minute increments at the same rate, schedule permitting

$50 travel fee for most events more than about 35 miles from Berkeley Springs (Martinsburg, Hagerstown and Winchester typically have no travel fee)

Shade for outdoor parties: a rainbow umbrella at no charge, or a full canopy for $50

How Your Party Goes

Book your date. Fill out the quote form with your date, address, guest count and theme. A deposit holds your date.

Setup happens before your start time. Arrival is 15–30 minutes early, in about a 5x5 ft space, and the balance is due on arrival by cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App or Tap to Pay.

The birthday kid gets the star treatment, with extra gems, glitter and a special design.

Every guest gets painted. Kids pick their own design from the design board.

You enjoy the party and the photos.

Themed Parties

Birthday Party FAQ
How far ahead should I book?
Two to three months ahead is best, especially for spring, summer and fall weekends. Last-minute requests are welcome when dates are open.
How many kids can be painted in 2 hours?
About 20–30, depending on how detailed the designs are.
Do you paint adults too?
Yes! Parents often line up after the kids.
What if it rains at an outdoor party?
Painting happens rain or shine with a dry, covered space like a tent, porch or indoor backup.
What if we need to reschedule?
The deposit is non-refundable, but it can move to your rescheduled date if one is available.
How long does it last, and how does it come off?
Face paint usually lasts 3–6 hours. It’s water-based and comes off with warm water and mild soap, and makeup remover or coconut oil helps with stubborn spots. (Yes, kids sometimes beg to sleep as a rainbow cheetah.)
