Hourly Face Painting

$150 per hour, 2-hour minimum

About 10–15 faces per hour, so a 2-hour party covers roughly 20–30 guests

Setup happens before your booked time, so every minute is painting

Table, chairs, design board and hypoallergenic face paints with FDA-approved ingredients included

Need more time on the day? Add it in 30-minute increments at the same rate, schedule permitting

Shade for outdoor events: a rainbow umbrella at no charge, or a full canopy for $50

Water-resistant paint for pool parties and splash days, for an additional fee

Travel: $50 for most events more than about 35 miles from Berkeley Springs. Martinsburg, Hagerstown and Winchester typically have no travel fee.

Festival & Large Event Pricing
Festivals and big community events can book pay-per-face pricing, with fast, crowd-friendly speed designs that keep the line moving.

Deposits & Payment

A deposit reserves your date. It’s non-refundable, but it moves to a new date if you need to reschedule and the date is available

Charity & Community Events
Each year, face painting is donated to up to four nonprofit or community events. For other fundraisers, a local business sponsor can often cover the cost.

How many kids can you paint in 2 hours?
About 20–30, depending on how detailed the designs are.
Is setup included in my booked time?
No. Setup happens before your start time, so your booked hours are all painting.
Can I add time during the event?
Yes, in 30-minute increments at the same hourly rate, as long as there isn’t another event booked right after.
Do you charge for travel?
Most events more than about 35 miles from Berkeley Springs have a $50 travel fee. Martinsburg, Hagerstown and Winchester typically have no travel fee.
