Corporate events are booked hourly: $150 per hour, 2-hour minimum

Table, chairs and signs provided, so all you need is a shaded spot

Setup happens before your start time

$50 travel fee for most events more than about 35 miles from Berkeley Springs (Martinsburg, Hagerstown and Winchester typically have none)

Large events move fast. Speed painting, line management and extra artists keep wait times short.

Speed painting with simpler 1–2 minute designs for events of 4+ hours

A line manager or volunteer is required for speed painting

The line may close 30 minutes to an hour before the end, so everyone already waiting gets painted

Corporate Event FAQ
How far ahead should we book?
Three to six months ahead is best for large corporate or seasonal events. Last-minute requests are welcome when dates are open.
How many guests can you paint?
About 10–15 guests per hour with standard designs. Speed painting moves faster for big crowds.
Do you provide proof of insurance?
Yes. Documentation is available on request for venues, schools and HR teams.
Will the artist bring a tip jar?
For corporate and community events, you’ll be asked first whether a tip jar is approved.
How do we pay?
A deposit holds your date and the balance is due on arrival. Cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App and Tap to Pay are accepted.
