Festival Pricing Options

Pay-per-face: guests pay for each design. Contact for current per-face pricing

Hourly: $150 per hour, 2-hour minimum, so face painting is free for your guests

Shade for outdoor events: a rainbow umbrella at no charge, or a full canopy for $50

A $50 travel fee applies to events more than about 35 miles from Berkeley Springs

What We Need From You
About a 5x5 ft space, shade for outdoor booths (or we bring a canopy) and a spot close enough to unload a wagon of gear. For speed painting, a line manager helps keep things moving.

How many faces can you paint at a festival?
More than at a typical party, thanks to quick speed designs. Share your expected attendance and we’ll recommend how many artists you need.
Do you provide proof of insurance?
Yes. We’re a fully insured, registered West Virginia LLC, and we can send a certificate for your vendor file.
Can you bring more artists?
Often, yes. Other professional artists can join for large events, depending on their availability.
How far ahead should we book?
Three to six months for seasonal festivals and fairs. Popular weekends fill early.
How do I book?
